Assessli may request app usage or screen time permissions. Data may include application usage duration, unlock frequency, focus periods, and bedtime device activity. Content viewed inside apps, messages, passwords, and communications are not collected.
Assessli may recommend battery optimization exceptions to support background synchronization and timely dashboard updates. Settings remain user-controlled.
Notifications may be used for synchronization status, wellness updates, insights, and important account events. Users may disable notifications anytime.
Users may grant or revoke permissions, disable background access, disconnect health integrations, turn off notifications, and request deletion of collected data.
Assessli does not sell personal information, health information, location history, or usage data. Data is used only for platform functionality and analytics.
Health data obtained from Apple Health is used solely for providing wellness insights and is not used for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage purposes.
