Delivery timelines and methods depend on the type of product or service you purchase from us.
For most of our services, especially digital or software-based products, delivery is done online. Once your payment is confirmed, access is usually provided within 24 hours, or as agreed during onboarding.
If you'e purchased a custom solution, training, or subscription as a business (B2B), timelines and delivery steps are defined in the service agreement or proposal shared with you. We'll always make sure to communicate clearly and stick to agreed timelines.
For individual users or direct customers (B2C), digital services are generally activated quickly, but any physical items (if offered) like kits or printed materials will be shipped within the timelines mentioned during checkout or communication. Tracking details will be shared if applicable.
